Return Policy:
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: undergarments, accessories, customized shirts/t-shirts, clearance items, non-returnable logos and free gifts.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition within 90 days of delivered date with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Any return request without customer service authorization will not be processed, for returns please contact our customer service for a return label.
- Once we approve your return, we will send you a return label or gift card equal to the value of your order.
- If you are not completely dissatisfied with the product and wish to avoid the hassle of returns, we are happy to offer a gift card of equal value to your order for future purchases in the store.
